Landscape Design

The first step towards achieving your dream yard is meeting with one of our landscape designers for a free consultation. Combining an education in architecture, flare for design, appreciation for functionality and most importantly the input of you the customer, our designers will provide a quotation based on preliminary information by evaluating the amount of work outlined in the project, and viewing the space you wish to work in.

After our initial Free Consultation, if you wish to proceed, we will meet with you again for a detailed meeting of all your specific requests of the space. Functionally what you want to achieve, while assessing what kind of style and feel you wish the final product to have. Please come to this meeting with your requests being as specific as possible. Feel free to show us pictures, or samples you may have and be as thourough as you can be. We will also need to be made aware of any existing structures on the property that need to be considered, specifically sprinkler systems or existing lighting. At this meeting we request a current land survey and deposit of half of the design fee.

Upon completion of this meeting our architect will draw a detailed design plan based on the information you have provided for us. Of course these plans are drawn in ink, and not yet “laid in stone” so they can be altered to accommodate your feedback. If futher drawings are needed either of the design or of specific elements, we will be more than happy to provide them for an additional design fee.
